Simple Steps To Managing Your Workplace

Simple Steps To Managing Your Workspace

I'm honoured to be the featured Speaker at this month's Barrie Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast. It's this Thursday (March 6) and I'd love to see you there. Click here for more information.

Planning For You??
Planning is one of the most important things you can do for becoming organized. It is a skill and something you get better at as you practice it.

Plan your day on paper for both home and the office. Create a To Do list with the specific tasks that need to be completed. And plan out how much time you will need to do them. Prioritize what items are the most important to get done first. When I give priority to clearing those things out of the way that I don’t like to do. I work on saving the best for last. Just one solution to avoid procrastinating. It’s easy to use the excuse that now I’m too tired, because we all know that we make time for the things we enjoy.

And now √check it off your list. Enjoy the sense of accomplishment.
Plan your meals. Once you determine what you are going to have for dinner for the week, you can make a list and pick up all of your needed groceries well ahead of time. You can schedule the meals that take a little bit longer to prepare, on those evenings when your schedule is not too full, and schedule quick meals on those nights when you have a limited amount of time.
Set goals and deadlinesOnce you come up with your goals, simplify them by breaking them into mini-goals, with a deadline for each. Watch your time. Again, schedule how much time you feel is required to complete each task. Set timer to keep you on track.
If you know you’re doing the most important things for you that cuts out a whole lot of potential guilt and worry. I stress important to you…this is your list of things. It only matters what you value as important to you and your family.

Margaret combines her training and expertise as a Professional Organizer and Home Stager to show you how to make the most of your home and your home office.

Mr. Bob's Member Rides to Conquer Cancer - Good Luck Chris

Hi Everyone
On June 20 - 22, 2008, I'll be participating in a 2-day major cycling event called The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting The Princess Margaret, one of the top 5 cancer research hospitals in the world.

I'll be cycling over 200 kilometres that weekend, from Toronto to Niagara Falls, with thousands of other Riders. All the proceeds will go to The Princess Margaret to support cancer research, treatment, and services. The Princess Margaret is Canada's leading comprehensive institution devoted to cancer research and care, and the work they're doing is leading-edge.

I've agreed to raise at least $2,500, but I've set my personal goal to $5000.00. So here's where you come in, because I need your help to do that. Could you please consider making a donation of $100? Use the link at the bottom of this email to go visit my webpage, and please take the time to support me.

Please keep in mind the commitment I'm making to end this heartbreaking disease and the personal efforts I'll have to make to accomplish this. When I say "heartbreaking," here's what I mean: according to the National Cancer Institute of Canada, over 153,100 new cases of cancer and 70,400 deaths from cancer were estimated to occur in 2006.

Men outnumber women for new cases by 5% and mortality by 11%. That's why I'm riding. To do something BIG about cancer. I hope that you'll share this incredible adventure with me by supporting me in my fundraising efforts.

Thank you in advance for your generosity & please check my personal page at www.conquercancer.com.Sincerely,Chris Carlton

Mr. Bob says for the greater success isn't...

Mr. Bob Helps Business Start Their Success Story.

The recipe for greater success isn’t doing the same thing over and over, while expecting a different result.

In my decades of marketing experience, I’ve seen business owners try the same failed marketing tactics over and over again. Sales people are treated the same way they were years ago. Ineffective advertising promotions are bought and then re-bought, even though they don’t work. People spend their marketing dollars on buying a deal rather than buying value.

Break the Cycle by Buying Mr. Bob Lunch
Warning: Right now people are looking for what you’re selling and you’re missing them. For the cost of lunch, I’ll show you how to add these people to you bottom line. I have a reputation for getting businesses more business. A simple lunch can start you on the right path, as I help you build more business and step outside the marketing box.

Mr. Bob’s Network’s marketing alternatives work differently. Gain online exposure and join a co-operative network of businesses that work together to get more business.
